Serving the profession for more than 15 years, she has been handling wide range of corporate clients right from start-ups to listed entities. The scope of her work includes incorporations, capital structuring, mergers, winding-up, trade registrations and secretarial audits and regular compliances. She is also an expert in consultation and formation of not-for-profit corporations. She is associated with numerous renowned law firms for handling litigations for firm’s clients from Hon’ble NCLT to the Supreme Court. Prerana is also a partner with M/s AAS & Associates, a practicing Company Secretary firm.
She has worked with various State Government Organization(s) for more than six years like Rajasthan State Power Finance and Financial Services Corporation Limited (NBFC) and Jaipur Metro Rail Corporation as their Company Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer. Her work-involved capital structuring of the companies, managing funds of the government entities and overall compliances.

FCA, Insolvency Professional, CS, DISA (ICAI)A Chartered Accountant and Insolvency Professional, Kshitiz is working on numerous assignments as Resolution Professional and Liquidator of various large and medium corporates. He is also handling advisory and compliance engagements pertaining to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and the Companies Act.
Kshitiz carries more than fifteen years of rich experience across corporate laws practice, indirect tax, delisting, audit & assurance, project finance, financial evaluations, etc. His work spans wide range of industries including banking, hospitality, project management, export houses, merchant banking, not-for-profit etc. Kshitiz is also a partner with M/s Gupta Ashok & Associates, Chartered Accountants, headquartered at Jaipur, having more than 30 years of standing.
